Founded in June 2022, SOL Consulting & Procurement Services Limited (SCPS) is a Nigerian-owned consultancy, procurement, and marine support services company delivering reliable, compliant, and value-driven solutions across the maritime and logistics value chain. Our core operations include Vessel Agency & Port Clearance Services, supported by end-to-end (turn-key) solutions in procurement, logistics coordination, personnel supply, and operational support. We support vessel owners, charterers, and project operators by ensuring seamless port entry, statutory compliance, and efficient vessel turnaround across Nigerian ports and terminals.

Our operations are guided by a strong understanding of Nigerian port and maritime regulatory frameworks, including requirements set by the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Nigeria Customs Service, Immigration, Port Health, and other relevant stakeholders. We manage pre-arrival documentation, statutory declarations, berth applications, port clearance, customs and immigration formalities, vessel owner representative, husbandry services, and post-departure documentation, ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations and port procedures.
